I have created my brand around the image of a dolphin. Dolphins are intelligent creatures who are also friendly, playful and hardworking. I feel that the persona of dolphins best describes my personality and also my design style.

Why TiffyDesigns? Those who are close to me often call me Tiffy as a nick name. The fact that I am a designer allowed me to create the name “TiffyDesigns.”

SweetiePie Designs is a local company who creates accessories for little girls. A big inspiration when designing their logo was the client’s product itself. One of SweetiePie’s popular hair accessories has the scallop ridge which became a large inspiration for the design of the logo.

This is Tiffy the Dolphin, my own personal branding mascot. I created Tiffy the dolphin using Adobe Illustrator.

Lucky Cat Publishing Company is a company which publishes graphic novels. Lucky Cat’s slogan is ” Be lucky with Lucky Cat”. Thus inspired the logo design for Lucky Cat. The Maneko Neko is a special cat in Japanese culture, who has its paw raised, thought to bring luck to its owner.

Project Challenge: Rebrand an existing company

Solution: Sears Canada Inc. offers their consumers a wide variety of shopping options, with department and specialty stores, a full catalog service, a comprehensive website and a large number of services. They have been around since the 1950’s and still stands today. With this rebranding project, I believe that the main message of the brand should be focusing on what Sears already has. They are a retail organization which provides a variety of reliable products and services creating loyalty with their consumers. When you walk inside of Sears, you will get a great memorable experience. This experience described with three words would be friendly, sincere, dependable.

Project Name: Sears Rebranding Project
Deliverables: Logo, Stationary suite
Software Used: Illustrator Cs4, Photoshop Cs4 & InDesign CS4

** Note: This project was created for academic & non-commercial purposes. TiffyDesigns is not affiliated with Sears Canada Inc. Sears trademark and brand are properties of their respected owners.
